RALLYVILLE FINANCIAL GROUP PTY LTD (the “Company”) has recently become aware that an unauthorised third-party organisation has used, imitated or otherwise misappropriated the Company’s name, corporate information, licence details and other related materials to promote services, solicit customers or conduct business activities.
The Company states unequivocally that it has no relationship whatsoever with that organisation or any of its activities.
As at the date of this notice, neither the Company nor its group has established or registered any legal entity in mainland China. Nor has the Company authorised any person or organisation located in mainland China to conduct business, promote services or solicit customers in the name of the Company or its group. Any party claiming to represent the Company or its group in mainland China is acting without the Company’s authorisation.
Neither the Company nor its group has ever used any Chinese-language business name, nor has it issued, provided or authorised any Chinese-language content relating to commercial activities. Any Chinese-language business name, promotional material or other commercial content claiming to be associated with the Company or its group is unauthorised and does not represent the Company or its group. Financial transactions involve risk. The Company has never offered, and will not offer, any form of capital-protection policy, guarantee of principal or similar undertaking. Any such statement or undertaking is unauthorised and has no connection with the Company.
The Company has never authorised that organisation to conduct any business in the Company’s name, nor has the Company established any agency, partnership, representative, affiliate or other commercial relationship with it. Any statement, representation, promise, promotion or transaction arrangement made by that organisation does not represent the Company, and the Company has not participated in any such activity.
The conduct in question is suspected to involve impersonation, deception of the public and fraudulent activity, and may constitute a serious infringement of the Company’s legal rights and commercial reputation. The Company treats this matter with the utmost seriousness and will firmly pursue the legal responsibility of all relevant entities and individuals.
